It has been a busy week in Matthews and our new format this year of having homework time on Wednesday afternoons has given a whole new meaning to Wednesday nights. We had students off to do community service, others were busy with peer to peer helping, and others met with the online mathematics teacher who works with boarding students. Some students relaxed with games while others used their evening as quiet time or as bonus homework time. The mid-week change of pace seems to be very appreciated by the boys.
