Ashbury’s Annual Giving Campaign

All gifts to the Annual Giving Campaign are a statement of support for Ashbury’s mission. Your gift, regardless of size, has a meaningful, direct and immediate impact on the lives of our students, supporting academics, athletics, arts, clubs and increased opportunities for students and faculty. Tuition covers the basic operating expenses of the school; however, in order to continue to provide an exceptional educational experience, respond to emerging priorities and provide needs-based financial assistance to 10% of current students, Ashbury relies on philanthropic support from our community. To make your gift by credit card, please complete the form below. To make your gift by cheque, gifts of stock, or wire transfer, please contact us. For U.S.-based donors please make your donations through FRISBE.

Funding Priorities

Ashbury College is guided by a five-year strategic plan. This plan outlines a vision for the school to be one of the finest academic institutions in the world, ensuring Ashbury has passionate teachers, inspirational facilities, growing endowment funds and a diverse student body. Supporting this vision, the Office of Advancement builds strong and enduring relationships with parents, alumni, and friends committed to ensuring Ashbury remains an outstanding school. All gifts to Ashbury College, regardless of size, are a statement of support for Ashbury’s mission. Philanthropic gifts from parents, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends help to support the people, programs, and facilities that make our school so special.

The Centre for Science & Innovation – thank you, supporters!

In September 2017, Ashbury launched a major initiative to bring the vision of university-calibre science facilities to reality. An important element of this campaign was to expand access to an Ashbury education through increased needs-based financial assistance. Ashbury invited our community to help bring this vision to reality and the response was outstanding! The Centre for Science & Innovation provides a 40% increase in science teaching and learning spaces: the building houses seven 1,200 sq ft labs, a 1,500 sq ft. innovation lab, a computer coding lab, consolidated faculty office spaces, collaborative spaces, and proper preparation and storage spaces. The building was completed in March 2020 and opened to students in September. We are proud to announce that the $10-million project, which had a fundraising goal of $5-million, generated $7-million in philanthropic support from hundreds of donors. Furthermore, donor support provided a $1.4-million increase to the Ashbury College Endowment, providing more opportunities for needs-based student financial assistance.

We would like to offer our heartfelt thanks for the support from the Ashbury community; this milestone in the evolution of Ashbury College would not have been possible with you. Enjoy a virtual tour of the new Centre for Science & Innovation here.

Student Financial Assistance

In order to keep Ashbury accessible to a broad range of worthy students, a strong focus on student financial assistance must be maintained. Our goal is to ensure that deserving and outstanding young people are able to participate in the unique Ashbury experience. We are committed to providing bursary assistance to students who otherwise would be unable to attend the school, with a goal of maintaining 10% of our student population receiving assistance at a minimum of 50% tuition fees. To learn more about supporting needs-based student financial assistance, please contact the Advancement Team.

Success Stories

“I will always be grateful for the generosity of the school’s donors and hope one day that I am able to make a similar contribution to a student in need.”
