Cold weather and COVID precautions are keeping things low key in Matthews House. Despite this, we still have plenty of things to celebrate this week. Mohammad Ghazi was “live on screen” during assembly this week to speak about the value of the Michael Dwyer Bursary and the benefits of the Boarding Community. Good timing at dinner one night as Nikita received a birthday treat in the dining hall and others were on hand to sing Happy Birthday. The snacks in the photo (plus unlimited fruit) are an example of some of the items that are available for the boys – meaning they do not always have to order in treats! Also, we have cross country skis and skates and helmets for outdoor activities. Justus and Bastien are pictured outside on our very own Ashbury rinks!
