The slip and slide honestly was one of the best improvised activities I’ve had at boarding this year, especially for someone who is boxed up in his room 24/7. It took a couple of students and teachers to set it up with a bunch of random objects but we really did make it work. At first I was hesitant to partake but after seeing a couple of students and teachers slide down, I was like, ‘what the heck, why not?’ I eventually ended up partaking and set the record for the furthest reach that day, going past the whole slide and onto the field behind it. I’m really happy that the few students as well as the teachers at boarding decided to partake, it shows that everyone really wants to end the school year with a splash!
