Have you recently relocated? Has your email or phone number changed?
If so, please update this information on Edsby, using the “notify the office” option.
Alternatively, you can email AddressChanges@ashbury.ca, please ensure to include the student’s full name and grade in the email.
Please note that address changes may take a few business days to process and synchronize our network. Only one submission is required.
Documentation Requests
Ashbury College provides three kinds of documentation:
Letter of Acceptance: used for student study permit and visa applications.
Note: This document will be provided upon receipt of the first instalment of tuition fees.
Proof of Enrollment: a document supporting provincial health card and driver’s license applications, applications to financial institutions, and other official identification.
Letter of Invitation, Parental: a letter supporting parental applications for a visitor visa.
