Keynote Speaker: Marc Seaman
Marc Seaman is a senior executive and board advisor with more than two decades of enterprise leadership and governance experience. He spent over 20 years in national executive roles at Microsoft Canada, leading cloud and AI businesses across commercial and public sector markets and scaling multi‑million‑dollar portfolios.
Earlier in his career, Marc held senior management roles in professional sports and advised Fortune 500 companies and government agencies — experience that shaped his understanding of performance, stakeholder complexity, and accountability in high‑stakes environments. He has also served as Board Chair and Director across major public, private, and not‑for‑profit institutions, including the National Capital Commission, The Ottawa Hospital, and the University of Ottawa.
