This month in Gillin we got to celebrate three birthdays! Yolanda was our very first birthday this year and she enjoyed some delicious cookies baked by Ms. Moyle during our Gillin House Workshops. Maria’s birthday was up next–the big 18–which we celebrated with cute unicorn cupcakes, a beautiful card signed by her friends, and her door was decorated in honour of her birthday. Aisha’s family had a cake delivered to the residence for her birthday and she generously (and distantly) shared her cake with her friends and the community.
