Student transcripts containing credits for courses completed this year will be available after final grades are published. If an expedited transcript of final grades is required, for example, to complete registration at another secondary school, please notify Ms. Laura Miles (lmiles@ashbury.ca) by Friday, June 10. A transcript can be prepared on June 17 and available for either pickup by the student or electronic transmission by 4:00 pm that day. If it is also necessary that a transcript be certified by Global Affairs Canada, the school will charge an agency fee to cover preparation of the necessary documents and delivery of the certified transcript to parents. At this time, the processing turnaround at Global Affairs, as published on their website, is 50 business days. Subsequent certification by another government agency or embassy should be arranged by individual students and their families with an appropriate education consultant or locally resident family member.
